Haha, would make for an interesting flight. I must say though, I'm with John and yourself on this one.

It's actually ADHD so I think I will choose my General Practitioner's judgement over yours.

You should really take something away from the discussion on here, you could really learn something.

For a start I'll provide some reading material for you:

Usability News (news headlines) for all the latest news in usability and human-computer interaction (HCI)
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0
Accessibility Basics - WebDeveloper.com
All You Need For Accessibility - Tutorials, Tools, Books, Validators, etc (Part I) - WebDeveloper.com
All You Need For Accessibility - Tutorials, Tools, Books, Validators, etc (Part II) - WebDeveloper.com

Your website is not accessible, this is really bad for business. What happens if a successful blind person wants to find out about your services? What about someone with Flash disabled? Low Bandwidth? An old machine? Mobile Browser?

If three quarters of the people who commented on the usability of your website say that it is hard to navigate the chances are that it is. You need to provide an alternative to your Flash based design or run the risk of losing business.

One thing that compounds my disbelief in your business acumen is the fact that you posted a job vacancy, located in Beijing, on a forum that mostly comprises of people from Europe / The USA and the occasional Australian.

If you need an alternate XHTML, accessible version of your website feel free to PM me about pricing.

Regards

Carl
