Ha ha, yeah the design is terrible. For a start there's no accessible version, then comes the joy of having to play Tetris to find out what the f**k is going on. Bad G2 Studios, Bad. I got fed up after a minute or so.

yeah i know how dare you give an opinion on a forum!
It's all very well being constructively critical to someone on a forum but being downright rude is uncalled for.

unlike your own website which is a dull boring typical and forgettable heap of crap.
There's not an awful lot wrong with the design, perhaps a bit too much whitespace at the top of the page and the "Upcoming Events" and "Design Process" could be moved to seperate pages but all in all it is a good effort.

Now Yellow60 | Flash | web design | graphic designers Kettering:

The first two things that strike me when I look at the page are the garish overuse of colour and a logo that looks like it's been drawn up on MS Paint; this makes my right clicking finger itch so I proceed to see if your markup is any better than your design skills. My initial suspicion was correct; to my horror I found no doctype, proceed to the w3c: [Invalid] Markup Validation of http://www.yellow60.com/ - W3C Markup Validator

Seventeen errors in such a short document is quite impressive, I now think your company are amateurs. Never the less I persevered and went on to the print section, where, to my disliking, I was confronted by the smallest text I had seen in a long time; not wanting my eyes to bleed I browsed through the other mediocre print items. By the time I'd had the misfortune to browse through the website design section I had almost lost the will to live.

On a lighter note, I quite liked that grey logo that looked a bit like a leaf.

Regards

Carl

I do not care about coding - I have argued about that on here and on other forums in the past.

Provided it works I am happy. I feel that designers are usually either coders who do not seem to give a s**t what the site looks like as long as it validates, and designers who not care for all those stupid functions and arrays but concentrate on the visual element of a site. The fact you have no work to view on your profile speaks volumes, scriptage.

Sorry but I could not care less whether my site is perfect or not - I was harsh earlier because I felt I needed to defend the site in question's corner.

I am not going to argue anymore I am going to watch telly instead.

Thanks for all your support guys, starting out in web design is tough as it is, let alone being ridiculed for having an opinion.
I have a lot of time for flash developers they make some great sites, However there's always that 1% that give you a bad name.

You should care because you are a professional, it reflects on you and reflects on your clients. This may enlighten you: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0.

I prefer to keep business as business and my personal life to myself. My conduct online in arguments such as this could reflect badly on me. Your clients now know you are an arrogant twunt after your rant against macca, whereas, mine are still blissfully unaware that I can be a prat.

For your own sake you need to start caring. There are ways and means of going about that though, no need to say what you said.

I think you'll do alright bud, you are a damn site better than I was after 6 months!
