Paid web design help

I need some help designing a flash website for my small consulting business.

I'm not adverse to templates, and even have one in mind that I like. I'd be willing to buy the template and then perhaps hire someone to adapt it to my content.

Is there anybody here who is good at this sort of thing and would like to make some quick $?

My budget is about $1000. I have the content, and a good idea of the style I want, so I think it wouldn't take a lot of time for the right person who has a good idea of what they're doing.
