Smoking hot css developer wanted

I need a smoking hot css developer to build roughly 60 pages. I can supply all necessary .ai files for the pages and supply style guides etc for exact sizing structure and so on. I just need the pages building. Don't worry to much about the functionality. Someone with a serious eye for detail who can replicate my illustrator design onto the web. There will be roughly a 2/3 month timeframe and a budget of around the £3500 to £4500 mark. Anyone interested PM me previous site examples for me to look at.
