Looking for mapper

I am selling travel guide ebooks. I will like to engage a designer to draw
the map for the guide book. Mapper will be paid through royalty fee. The
guide book is selling at 2.95 USD and 0.30 USD will be paid to mapper as
royalty fee. The more guide book sold, the more mapper gets.
