on that note, i will say to anyone who uses generated scripts.. LOOK OUT!! I know better, but here's in part what happened.
Commission Junction, who supplies my banner ads, auto-generates the script for the ads as they rotate. Well, the script will sometimes come back bad. So that was fun, it creates a cascading effect of errors all the way to the end of the document.

The next fun thing that I found out was that Joomla, will inject an unescaped ampersand "&" into its html instead of the proper "&" when you are using its internal article editor. If you see that anywhere on any of my pages, let me know because I couldn't take the time to go one by one through all the articles (although I got most).

And.. there was no need to change charset=utf-8 to iso 8859-1

So anyhow.. it's an ongoing maintenance issue apparently, I constantly will have to keep an eye on it. But for the meanwhile I'm back to the usual:
