Flash guru required

One of my employers is embarking on an ad campaign and needs an MPU designed. May also require a banner.

The designer will be required to work to style guidelines provided by me, using a set palette of colours, fonts, and appropriate logo use. We will also provide you with a storyboard for the annimation. Therefore I'll be clear, this is not a job that requires creative development - but a job that requires the ability to follow guidelines and turn a concept into reality.

The proposed storyboard is relatively simple - with four 'slides' and various annimations. Personally I struggle with Flash but I'm quite sure a keen flash-guru will actually find our storyboard and ideas really simple.

We definitly require one MPU but may also like a standard banner if you the designer is confident you can develop a matching banner so the overall campaign is cohesive and conistent, and also if your overall price is reasonable.

They have a price in mind which as a fellow freelancer I think is reasonable for the job at hand. However, out of the interest of recieving some competitive quotes I wont disclose the budget.

We want to commission this and have the job completed this week.

No, sorry, MPU is advert terminology which I think stands for "message plus unit"... with online ads it is what those big 300px by 250px sqare ads are referred as.
