Hi we're looking for a part time talented web designer . The ideal candidate will possess the ability to create graphics independently, unique web interface accordingly to the product,service or theme that is given. This position requires a utility player with strong artistic ability, web design expertise, organizational skills, and great attention to detail. Online portfolio required. You are able to work at home :) Student with good skills and creativity are encouraged to apply :)

Responsibilities:

• Creating web images and digital illustrations.
• Creating graphical User Interface elements.
• Manipulating pixel-level details to create elegant icons.
• Optimizing web images for download efficiency.
• Responding to a variety of web and graphics related requests across departments.
• Fulfilling several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Solid background and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of color theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Online portfolio of work required.

Ermm.. I'd be comfortable working through skype. But because of the time difference we need to schedule for online meeting and at the same time i would prefer someone who can work efficiently without me guiding them too much on the design aspect. I've visited your link and find that you have good skill in programming :)
