Default problems in my css one show hide tab does not work properly

hi,

I am learning css and have developed a page and in that i have placed a collapsible tab on the home page of my site which slides down when user clicks on it. The whole tab works fine on the home page. but when i put the same css code in the inside page of my site. The position of the tab changes and their is some 30px approx. gap visible with white background above the tab.

here is the link to my home page where the send cv tab works fine :

Avenues

here is the link to my inside page where the send cv tab shows errors :

:: Avenues

look at the top right side below the top navigation menu their is a send cv
tab in the home page which i am talking about. Then go to the articles page.
so u will get the error which i mentioned above that tab.

Hope everything is understanding and not confusing.

Help and assistance from anyone will be appreciated.

hi

thanks for the suggestion i tried removing that span tag u suggested the placement of the tab didn't change and instead the tab was not able to close.

So i think this is not a problem. It should be some thing else.

Thanks for helping.

I'd strip it out of the articles page then re-insert from your working page.

thanks for the suggestion but it is not possible as i will have to code the whole page again and which will take a lot of time of mine.

Instead i have got the solution to it and reduced the height of my header
and i placed the send cv tab in its place but i couldn't remove the white colour from the background . I actually want the colour of my header in the place of the white colour that appears above the send cv tab.

have a look at my page now :

:: Avenues

Also i have another problem is that the red colour text placed below the top navigation in all pages doesn't appear in IE .

Hope u understand my error and will help me in fixing it.
Help Appreciated
