Book suggestion - Graphic Design Forum and Web Design Forum

Can anyone suggest a really good book purely about CSS layouts and there workings, I know theres many sites out there and layout examples to use but i really would like to know all the In's and outs.
Most confusing for me ATM is the different measurements and when to use which. px, ems, %.

If theres an article about this that anyone know of I'll look there before book purchase.

Just remember that the currency of computing or the internet is change. Any book on the subject is very liable to be out of date before it even hits the shelves.

As for books, I would recommend Pro CSS Techniques & Pro CSS and HTML Designs Patterns
