Banner Width over page

Hi fellas, I was trying to find out how to achive the banner look to this site with

the banner going across the whole width of the page, but it doesn't effect the page

wrapper or any other part of the page and just thinking about getting it to go over the top of the wrapper was making my brain hurt ..... Is it a mixture of CSS

code and

images? heres the website im talking about !

Just make the container 100%

Better yet have the end part of the banner set as your main body's background. Then whatever the size screen people are using, it will stretch
