Quite nice that... but reminds me of something ... not sure if its Hicksdesign.... the logo with the leaves... it will come to me!

Yeah I like the second - but I hate it when people take CSS and think - Oh we can't get too creative - DIVS wont let us!

I personally, probably since I like design more than development, would rather throw a single 3 cell table into site if it allows the site to be even more unique and classy. Am I alone on this though?

I think lots of people still prefer to impletment a design even if the site doesn't validate but this will become less and less over time.
