CSS Tux is possibly the best place to go when u need a little bit of design inspiration.
Link: csstux - The best dressed sites on the web they are a protfolio of hand picked sites of the month. The sites, I believe, are all pure css / xhtml and usually they look really great. You can also look at css Zen Garden: The Beauty in CSS Design if you are looking to jump right into css / xhtml development. |

yah, I haunt csstux quite a lot, gives me summin to think about. There are lots more like CSS Dump and CSS Vault » The Web's CSS Site. They mostly contain similar sites, but they are still nice to look at
