they are a protfolio of hand picked sites of the month. The sites, I believe, are all pure css / xhtml and usually they look really great.

yah, I haunt csstux quite a lot, gives me summin to think about. There are lots more like CSS Dump and CSS Vault » The Web's CSS Site. They mostly contain similar sites, but they are still nice to look at
