I had a try with it. First impressions are that is is slow. Very slow. It took a while to install for something of it's size and took a while launch. You can basically type in a websites url and fetch the css code for that url and then edit it.

wasn't slow for me, installed quickly, started averagely and showed the results of the css edit almost (splitsecond delay) instantly and that is on a celeron mobile 1.7ghz with 240mb RAM lol
