Default Pullquotes with CSS

There are all sort of CSS tricks, but it's sometimes difficult to find good solid techniques. CSS pullquotes should be in every designer's toolkit.

Might sound like a daft question but do you have a link for pull quotes that are screened behind the quote??

Could you clarify this question? Do you mean a background image??

If I take your meaning, the opening quote would be a background image of the blockquote element. I use something not disimilar for open and close quotes, but don't have opening and close quotes intrude into the body.
