Oh, we should just all the websites boycott these stupid browsers! Perhaps web designers around the world can just boycott together, and make life so much easier for ourselves!

That's not what he meant.

Problems I've encountered are it not rendering layouts the same from visit to visit, sometimes looking fine, others looking totally broken. Another is IE6's refusal to notice conditional comments.

Huh? IE6 refuses to read conditional comments? Since when???

I'm on about the Tredosoft Multiple IE. Sometimes it doesn't read the conditional comments.
