Default collapsable divs as a menu

ok what i am trying to do is create a sub menu something like http://www.ninemsn.com.au if anyone knows some code in xhtml and css it will be much appreciated.

These aren't clickable they're only rollover but it may give you a clue on how to made them clickable.

You know I heard of a guy here in this forum that does just that... something about muse services? .. ha !! Anyhow...

What's your goal? the end result? .. are you pretty savy with hand coding, find your way through it? You do any JavaScript before?
