Positioning a div over a flash object...possible?

Hi there

I'm new to this forum, but not new either to CSS or programming in general. However, I appear to be an an impasse.

What I am trying to achieve is to have the DIV with the orange border containing the PNG file to float over top of the flash object. Currently, this works with FF3 and Safari, but not with IE7 or IE8.

Is there some way to accomplish this?

ETA: the solution seems to be to add the wmode transparent parameter. Should have looked harder before posting.
