Default White Border

Ok i have created a basic css page redy to put the content in and i want a white border round it all (1px including the page container to make it 2px everywhere)

only way i know how to do it is....

<div id="logo"><div style="border: 2px white solid;">text</div></div>

but this just puts a white border round the text.. when i have an image thats the right size of the div it wont really matter but for stuff like navigation and text it wont look right..

is there an easier way to have a white border round all the divs?

You may have something like a container div for placing all the other divs. Change your CSS file, and add the border to the proper container div.

Another thing, don't use DIVs as if they were font tags. That defeats the purpose of the CSS, which is to separate layout into a separate CSS file.

Tableless? Is your background in your css? Float the whole thing in a wrapper allow border to expand.
