iam beginner at css style but really have question goes on my mind ,wats difference or wats benfit between css style and Tables and Both doesn't appears to "User' Who use the site????i know css more modern so wats differ?

CSS is more powerful you have more control on layout of you use CSS rather then using tables and code of the page will be more cleaner than using tables.
Using CSS you can change all pages by changing only one external css file
there are lots more benefits try to search google....
