Thinking about it, I'm not sure if a purely CSS forum would work, considering in this day and age you can find the solution to almost any css issue you may have by simply googling. And you could just bookmark the site for future reference...

Sorry dude, but I don't understand the purpose of these type of questions. Run a Google search for CSS forum. You'll find plenty.

Nice way to answer a new members question guys! If you read it, Liliya says 'well run' which could mean she's done the google search joined a few css forums that were full of unhelpful people, so asking if we know of any with a good reputation to join. I myself haven't had any experience on a pure CSS forum so can't help but you will get answers at most of the web forums available, purely talking about CSS could make a forum a little slow, better to cover a general range of topics.
