Default how can i fix this error

Hi,

I have developed a site using tables and css and javascript but in one section of my site i.e. Industry we serve i have tried to code an image that changes on roll over on the list of text placed besides it. Now the actual error with this is that the position of the image doesn't remain the same when i move my mouse on each texts the image sometimes moves up some pixel or moves down, but i am not able to position all the images in same place on mouse over of the list of text besides it.

Here is the link to my site :

Please look at the middle of the page their is a section industry we serve and a list of industries . move your mouse over it and you will see my errors.
One more thing to tell is that the position looks different in IE and FF.

Also i am attaching an image to get an idea about the position of the text and the images.

Hope u understand my error and help me fix it .

You need to apply the mouse over to the entire lined section rather than just the text part

Other than the fact that its all in "tables", this is your general problem:
<script type="text/javascript" language="JavaScript1.2" src="stmenu.js"></script>

You should do this in CSS, not Javascript. Here's about 5 million usable examples: CSSplay | Demos - Photo galleries

It's a form of explosive, very good for removing errors, or all evidence of errors.
