I came across this story that may interest some of you who may be called upon to do magazine cover design. The magazine is published by the Globe and Mail, Canada's National Newspaper. Hey, we have one main road too.

For the sake of context, the story is about Julie Dickson, Canada's top financial regulator. She has kept our banks stable through one of the worst economic crises in recent history. The was also a background story that there was a curse to being on the cover of this publication. The purported curse was this: If you appear on the cover, your career is over. You’ve reached the top, so the only way forward is down. Not surprisingly, corporate leaders are hesitant to appear on the cover.
