I have recently switched to a Mac to work on the move, I'd like to know what Mail Clients people are using especially to file certain emails in different folders. And is the standard Mac Mail up to standard for this?
Many thanks in advance! |

I love Mac Mail, must be the only person in the world but it does everything I need and in an Apple kind of way, simple

I the only reason I am looking elsewhere is the lack of file sorting within Mac Mail, but am i right in thinking that Smart Mailboxes is the same as adding a Folder in eg; Outlook?

I have mine sorted into folders so when I receive a mail it's automatically posted in that specific folder, if that's what you mean?

yes it is, i tried to set a smart mailbox up for client xxx but not all of the emails go in there? when i added another address type, nothing goes in. Have you smart groups set up within your address because i cant see that either, im using mail.app 3.3

I think Harry was correct on this.. it looks and feels like a sexier version of Outlook & is a 1000x faster. Check out its features
