The workshop will include lecture-based teaching and practical hands-on work in small groups, covering the following topics:

* User/Customer Journeys
* Sitemaps (2D + 3D)
* Wireframes (Lo-fi + Hi-fi)
* Using IA as a selling tool
* Using IA to brief resources
* Using IA to control scope
* Using IA for testing

Delegates will receive stationery, a copy of the Presentation Slides (on CD + Print Notes) and example IA outputs for reference.

Up to 14 days before the course we will refund 50% of the fee. Thereafter no refunds apply. Alternatively, suitable substitute delegates may attend the course.
