Yes, well firstly I am looking for some-one able to make me a layout for my site which will be up by November 07. I would like it similar to; The Weather Pops » Welcome to the World of the Weather Pops

It's just that the website is colorful and bright, to grab attention which is what I would like. But my website will be based on;
WhateverLife.com. Your source for hot layouts, free website builder, cute graphics, and more.

If any could possibly do this for me then please reply.

i'll do a mockup for you in photoshop, but when i have your approval to start coding it, i'll require the £50 upfront fee, does that sound fair?
