I have the oppurtunity to build my own network using the software used to built this network....

Rucku

It looks quite good and you can customize it more than the ning network we have at the moment, but I still don't see what these sites achieve and it's a lot of work to build for it not to be used. Any thoughts?

What I was looking at is a main page that basically feeds graphic design links through with images as well. Feeds from here, logosauce, the design blog etc.

There's a bit of action going on at the network lately, which isn't bad considering we've all forgot it was there.

To keep up to date I've added 3 separate feeds to it so the feed readers can update you.

Just type graphicdesignnetwork.ning.com with the http at the start into add a feed in your reader and it should show 3 new feeds so you can keep up to date with the network.
