hi Toon,

I used to submit to web directories all the time, about 2000 to date, and I don't have a problem putting up rep links - but I found that after months my site was still not listed while they had a link from my site. I don't know what the answer to this is...

They are using inbound links to up their PR and not adding people in the correct way. A PR 7 directory can charge anything upto $200 a month for links so be careful.

Yeah, SEO is hard work, and a tad frustrating. I love writing the web sites, I love writing, but hey, I also love being read!

I spent 8 hours yesterday installing SEO scripts onto this site, not fun at all but well worth the effort.
