It is a complete helpdesk system that allows you to track tickets as well as manage your client contacts. 29FIVE Designs also offers module add-ons that allow you to keep inventory of your hardware and software and track hardware history by associating helpdesk tickets with that item. Another module will provide you with a support chat system. The helpdesk is designed using Flash Remoting for a quick application like feel. The benefit to this is that you don't have to download a new page every time you click a button; it is a one-time download on the .swf file and then just the loading of the content.
