Was gonna say - some bits of that site are a bit - nasty. If you have control on the bottom rollover, on the design one - add a return so that it does not spaz-flick as you roll over.
I'd just drop the mid sentence orphans down: senior (in the top one, first line) following (number 4, 3rd line, which will fix the last line one) and it ( number 7, line 4) - which should make it a bit easier to read. I am guessing that type size is set by them?
