Good day to all of you guys! I'm a newbie here same in web designing but i knew some basics!

I just want to ask which is the best tool in making and developing a website?

Is it the new software like ADOBE CS 3 Edition (like Fireworks cs3, Dreamweaver cs3, flash cs 3)?

or

The older versions like dreamweaver 8, flash 8, fireworks 8 versions?
or the MX 2004 products?
