I know how you feel when you get stuck and then just get down on yourself for not being creative and end up making a self-fulfilling prophecy! Unfortunately I can't offer encouragement that that will ever go away, but it gets better with more experience, as things become more natural for you.
Anyway, on to help with your leaflets...
Perhaps it would be interesting to show a photo not just of a guy's face, but of a person being active while wearing the watch. Make us envy him. Perhaps he rides a really cool motorcycle and we want that lifestyle, so we buy the watch. Or maybe he's a really good athlete and the watch helps him run faster... Get where I'm going?
