Your first one is much better than the second. The latter needs some work on your typography. the main block is hugging the edge of the box, it's not really sitting well within the design etc.

Few tiny pointers: Prices need a currency symbol so people can quickly know that's what it is and not a reference code of anything. Keep type from being to close to the sides (first design with 'every second...' ) as it might well get chopped...

Now, re-reading your post, I actually am confused this is a leaflet as it feels more like an two adverts?

I think where you're getting stuck is that you're trying to design, without some solid focus as to where you're going. Of course many designers can go straight at a job, though much of this is down to experience. Work such as this though, might well be part of a bigger project, therefore a strategy might well be implemented.

Now rocoru is your company yes? Now, seeing as (i believe at least) they are made up, you can create their brand. This might include a logo, a colour palette, a ident, a visual style on photos etc. From this, you'll be able to focus of the piece in hand...

Now watch ads, it's either all about the watch in close up or some person, whose normally famous, wearing the watch. Now, it might be you want to try and develop something new within this. Maybe unexpected photography mixed with clean type work? or you might want to start with something new. Yes, you have to show the watch, but there are many ways to do so...

You've got a good start so keep at it.
