Great thread!

I have one around my ankle. A gecko on each side of my ankle, their tails morph into paint splatter which morphs into a ying yang above my heel. Blended into the body pattern on each gecko are my initials and my son's initials and the two are connected at the top of my foot by a heart.

Wow...that was hard to explain, time to dig out my camera.
