I'm trying to find a script that will allow visitors to leave comments on my site to specific pages. I want to integrate it in my own design. I have no idea whatsoever about programming. Do you have anything to suggest?

I'm also searching for a script that will allow me to create one way mailing list (I want to sen newsletters). I only found phplist to fit my needs, but I find it a little complicated. Any suggestion welcome.
