Hello everyone, Im new here
At college we are working on a typography project
And My group chose the theme "cursives"
So we're all researching 'bout cursives all over the place..
what I found so far is that "cursives" are usually referred to as "scripts"
From what I read there realy is no "cursive" in typography. Cursive really reffers to our actual handwriting...
...ANYWAY...
What I
really wanted to find is some type of diagram of the script typeface's anatomy.
I've see all over the place diagrams such as this:
Anatomy of a Character - Fonts.com
but I never saw a diagram for the scripts...
so my questions is.....
Do scripts follow a particular structure? If so where can I find it?
thank you very much in advance!!
cheers
