Yeah, this is a bit messy to read in many places: the main text, which clashes with your large letters; the under-text that appears almost as one line. Frankly, you last one was cleaner over all.
I also feel you're trying to add this 3D sheep, to a plain an under-developed backdrop. I'd suggest cleaning it up by making nothing overlap to start off with; play with your letterforms,shapes and elements. Perhaps a typeface that more reflects you?
