Hello All i have a job to do but i cant do flash so ill have to pass it on to the people in the know.
The job is to design a banner. as an example i found this website that has exactly what i want
Mandurah Visitor Centre | Home Page you will notice the banner and the effect something basic.
It doesn't need to have any writing on it or anything fancy just 3 images scrolling down like the
Mandurah Visitor Centre | Home Page website has.
So how much will this cost me to get someone to do it? i know its not to hard to do i just don't have the software.
Oh yer i have the three pictures needed.
