I have been on NO!SPEC before, though I admit not having taken the time to fully read the site. I'll try to do so in the future.
I'll also have to do some research, as I probably don't understand the entirety of the issue. And you're right, I'm sure I would have a different and more passionate perspective if graphic design was my livelihood for both myself and my family.
one last question then...How then do you feel about people like myself who do not depend on it for income for living and instead view it more as a creative hobby?
