I'd say the logo perhaps needs to feel more present. It is kinda getting a little lost up there to me with everything else you've got up there.
Second thing would be a little colour. This could well help just navigation around the page as well as visual interest.
Third would be to learn how your users access the site. The pages and panels all look very similar and I am lost to easily see what I want. Take notes from the big guys (ebay/amazon) as to how search/panels/info and options are all divided.
