tommylogic, I feel your pain. I had my adsense account disabled a while ago and with a very vague reason behind it. Very similar to your email. My appeal email was slightly more wordy and lengthy but same point. Sadly it did not go well for me and it took them about 2 weeks to respond to me. I'm still most bitter over it all as it is a very permanent decision that greatly reduced the amount of profit I made off of any ad driven websites :(
