Good start, you need to work on the kerning of nameco (if working on this in Illustrator / InDesign, try setting the kerning to Optical, this usually comes up with nicely spaced type).
Also, you need to add a little space between web and design, as it reads as one word at the minute...
And Development is spelt wrong
