I agree with Candra on the points about typography, if your going to use lower caps the whole document should be in lower case. Your imagery and type doesn't scream motor insurance to me, like Arkady suggests, where is the rave?. Colour, the orange is good to me that says RAC, if anything the blue is to dark. your type hierarchy is wrong to, the headline doesn't read right, Unbeatable discounted motor insurance, it's a bit of a mouthful. The headline is aligned left, the line below is centered, you need to be consistant.

So now how do we get an idea in here, your logo is the orange car I guess, so lets have some fun with it. 'Free alternative veichle in case of an accident for comprehensive policy holders', make your orange car big, crumple it, have an orange cloud floating above the engine, use your imagination, next to it have the same car logo, but in blue, (as thats the other colour you have used), show it driving away!, can you see what I'm getting at. 'Free roadside assistance membership', well I can think of a couple of ideas. Focus on your logo and have some fun, there may be other benefits you could list and represent with your logo.

Crit over, have another go and show us again.
