automatic scrolling text
Hello everyone,
I'm kinda new in website design, yet i love it. I wanna create an automatic scrolling text like a news headlines. I know this can be done in php, unfortunately, i have no experience in php, it's kinda hard to learn.
Can anyone help me one this?
