You need to be sure of colours you use, the point of creating a brand is to create a strong and consistent identity, that people will identify with. Careful of cliches,
Also in Brighton uk we have a very strong and proud gay community and i'm hoping to tap into this market....the symbol or brand if you like for gay safe/friendly is the rainbow.
Often the best solutions, are the ones we least expect, give Brighton's gay community a new colour, not one they're already associated with.
