I have founded a non-profit mental health company and am in the stages of developing a logo. Although I have some experience with use of Photoshop and Illustrator, it is unlikely that I will produce a logo that is very good. Since I, and the other founder, will have have to work for free for about a year to get this organization off the ground we are trying to keep costs as low as possible by not paying somebody to design one for us.
If you would be interested in helping, please feel free to contact me off thread. My reason for requesting off-thread help, is that we haven't developed a web presence and I don't want a search to only pull up a thread explaining our need for help developing a logo.
Any help would be appreciated and we will acknowledge your help with whatever kind of credit is usually given in such projects.
