Default Basic InDesign Tutorial

I've just been told I have to teach InDesign and Photoshop (as well as some Intranet and Network stuff) in a couple of weeks, to a bunch of blokes who really know nothing about this stuff. I use it every day but it's a different kettle of fish when you have to pass that knowledge onto someone else! I've found a few nice little sites with tips and tricks, and mini-tutorials that I can use to make a little tutorial document for my class, but to have one sort of ready-made would be even better and would save me the bother of creating one!

I know I sound lazy but my workload is vast at the minute (hence lack of posting lately), and I could do without constructing tutorials for this. I have to keep them going for two days, so I thought InDesign one day, with a bit of Photoshop, network and intranet the following day - plus I'll let them leave early and will bribe them with sweeties.

Has anyone taught this stuff? Or does anyone have any tips for me?

Thanks in advance!

Sue
