Think I fixed it. Or as much as it will get fixed.
I had to change:
#imageContainer{
padding: 10px;
}
In the Lightbox.css, I tinkered with it for a while and found the closest I could get it was when I had it at -95.

its still a bit crooked but looks perfect in IE... go figure. if you have any other ideas on how to get that last bit lined up up let me know, I tried going all the way to -195 but nothing else happened. anyway thanks!
