I am a jewelry designer and a scrapbooking hobbyist. I am looking to create my own blog template design. I really like the graphics this web designer uses. Does anyone know what program it is?? I have looked at digital files for scrapbook artists, for the scrolls, spirals, etc. but the files seem to be limited. I want to use the graphics in some of my scrapbook pages too.
