Basically, you would need to export the image(s) as .png / .jpg / .gif at 72dpi, then use HTML and CSS to patch it all together so it all looks right in the browser.

You could try taking the full image into Photoshop where you can 'slice up the image , export it and it will do the coding for you (not the best way, but the easiest newbie way lol).

If you dont know the first thing in web design, I suggest getting someone to help you / do the coding for you.
